Safety
Bending a strip can create tension in the strip which may be accidentally released, propelling the strip or other parts. Don’t hold in-progress constructions directly at your eye level, or at eye level of those nearby.
Cracking and Molding
Bamboo is susceptible to cracking when exposed to sharp drops in humidity. Avoid placing near air conditioning and heating units. In humid environments the best protection against mold is to keep your creations in well ventilated spaces.
